Request account and data deletion

Request deletion of your Cyberpunk Survivor account and associated data without reinstalling the game.

Email Arclith Studios at [email protected] with the subject Cyberpunk Survivor account deletion. Include your public operator/friend code or Play Games display name if known. If you cannot access your account, say so; you do not need to reinstall the game.

Do not email your recovery key, password, session code, payment details or identity document. We determine the minimum information needed for ownership verification through a secure support process; a public code alone does not prove account ownership.

Your request can cover your account, cloud progression, Cyber Coin and equipment records, ranking/profile and associated social data. To delete feedback, include the eight-character report reference.

Acknowledging a request does not mean deletion is complete. Ownership verification and the outcome are confirmed separately. We explain any necessary security, fraud-prevention or legal retention and its duration in our reply. Backup copies are also part of the deletion process.

Uninstalling the app or clearing device data does not delete your server account. This process does not delete your Google Account. If you want access, correction or deletion of specific data only, specify the scope in your email.
