Cyberpunk Survivor

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Arclith Studios handles information in the Android game Cyberpunk Survivor.

Summary

Cyberpunk Survivor is designed as an offline single-player game. The current build does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data through ads, analytics, accounts, cloud services, in-app purchases, location services, contacts, microphone, camera, or device identifiers.

Data We Collect

The current build does not collect personal data from players.

The game stores normal gameplay progress locally on the player's device, such as coins, upgrades, settings, language preference, best run records, and similar save data. This local save data is used only to run the game and preserve progress on the same device.

Local Diagnostic Logs

The game may create local diagnostic files on the player's device, including soft-launch telemetry and performance logs. These files are not sent over the network by the game. A player or tester may choose to manually share a file with Arclith Studios when requesting support or helping diagnose progression, balance, stability, or performance.

Local diagnostic files may include gameplay information such as run start, run end, survival time, level, kills, wave reached, coins earned, completed missions, app version, platform, frame-rate samples, or similar technical gameplay data. They are not designed to include device identifiers, advertising IDs, account identifiers, contacts, location, microphone data, camera data, or payment information.

How We Use Data

Local gameplay data is used to save player progress and settings on the device, let the player continue progression between runs, and diagnose gameplay balance, progression, stability, and performance when a player voluntarily shares a diagnostic file.

Data Sharing

The current build does not share player data with third parties through project code.

If a player voluntarily sends a diagnostic file to Arclith Studios, that file is used only for support, testing, and game-development purposes. Arclith Studios does not sell that information.

Third-Party Services

The current build does not include ads, in-app purchases, Firebase, external analytics SDKs, attribution SDKs, account services, cloud saves, push notifications, crash-reporting services, or social login.

Unity services including Analytics, Ads, In-App Purchasing, Crash Reporting, and Performance Reporting are disabled in the current project configuration.

Google Play may process information independently when a player uses Google Play or platform-level features. Such processing is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy and is not controlled by Cyberpunk Survivor.

Data Security

Because gameplay progress and diagnostic logs remain on the player's device unless the player voluntarily shares a file, their protection also depends on the security of that device and the chosen sharing method. Arclith Studios limits access to voluntarily shared diagnostic files to people who need them for support, testing, security, or development, and uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay progress and diagnostic files remain on the player's device until they are overwritten by normal game use, cleared through the device's app-storage settings, or removed when the game is uninstalled.

Diagnostic files voluntarily shared with Arclith Studios are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate the reported issue, improve the game, or meet applicable legal obligations. A player may request deletion of a voluntarily shared diagnostic file by emailing [email protected] and providing enough information to identify the relevant support request. Residual copies may remain temporarily in routine backups until those backups are overwritten.

Children

Cyberpunk Survivor is not directed to children under 13 and is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families program. Arclith Studios does not knowingly collect personal data from children through the game. If you believe a child has voluntarily sent personal information to Arclith Studios, contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Player Choices

Players can remove local game progress and diagnostic files by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game from their device. Players decide whether to share a diagnostic file with Arclith Studios.

Future Changes

If a future build adds ads, analytics, crash reporting, backend services, accounts, cloud saves, purchases, push notifications, social features, or networked telemetry, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety form will be updated before that build is distributed.

Arclith Studios may also update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
